If you’ve ever cut a day short because your skin tapped out before you did, you’ll understand. Two climbing friends—Julio, a PhD biochemist, and Priscilla, an Aztec danzante—were over raw skin and calling the day, so they set out to build better recovery for their crew’s skin. Inspired by the Nahua concept of tonalli—your life force—and Latinx-indigenous plant traditions, they turned ancestral botanicals and modern skin science into Tonali Labs: formulas that protect your first layer so you can stay out for every “just one more.”
